For some strange reason I thought I would take the kids to the
Provo City Easter Egg Hunt...I am still wondering why? hmmm
It was supposed to start at 10:00am.
We got there at 10:02 am.
It was OVER. The poor girls didn't get any eggs!
Nada! Not one! ha ha

So we headed to the Provo Bakery instead for some doughnuts
They forgot about the egg hunt in no time

Then we came home and painted some eggs
we tried the PAAS paint w/glitter this year
it seemed to be a big hit!

We had breakfast casserole and watched General Conference thenthe girls made this Bunny cake ... it was the messiest cake ever...
but they had a blast decorating it!

Fun weekend! Those painted eggs look cool! What kind of paint did you use? I totally love that idea. Your girls are getting cuter and cuter by the day! We miss you guys!

Shannon, we did the same thing with Xander - Easter egg hunt started at 10am. We got there at 10:05 and it was completely over.
Also, the bunny cake - my mom made me that EXACT cake for my 2nd birthday! I have a picture somewhere....
