A while back...my friend Heather and I went to the

we had a good time and scored some free stuff!

Jolly has been having some lovely make-overs
Kate actually wore PANTS to school!
Jane loves to carry "Papa" around and takes him all over the place
Jane had her first piggy braids
We went to the Bean Museum with Hailey (and Gavin & Sammy)
And lastly....I am finally giving intoJane wanting to potty train herself.
She started potty training herself quite some time ago
but I wasn't wanting to give in...
(changing diapers is soooo much easier and she won't even be 2 until May!)
But since she tells me about 50% of the time anyway...
I caved in and bought her some Dora big-girls.
Let's hope for the best!!!(and those Cinderella shoes are an everyday accessory for Miss Jane)

Your girls are so adorable! I love when we get to sit by you at church. Kate and Jane keep Gwen completely entertained. I'm so happy I can look at your blog now. It's fun to see what you guys are up to. I have a lot to look forward to with dress ups and potty training! Love you guys!

i LOVE "papa" doll. WHERE did you FIND him?? hilarious.
and as for potty training, we started a couple weeks ago too! super casual bc i too am too lazy to really begin the whole shebang. but she always tells me when she has to go. but... i mean, seriously--aren't we too busy to just lounge around in the safeness of our wood-floor home in case she has to go? i need to work on being patient. and allow more messes : )
