Night in Bethlehem (& the ER)

Every year our friends, Norm & Ingrid Sorensen,
put on an amazing production of Bethlehem.
We didn't dress up this year but it was sure fun to be there!
Livestock was everywhere! Baaaaaaa!
King Herod
A tax to be paid
The Angel appears
Baby Jesus in the stable

Shortly after we left Bethlehem I started having lower abdominal pain
And the next day I was admitted to the ER to have my appendix removed
It was AWFUL! Awful! Awful!
I got to come home Christmas Eve night.
Kate also got sick, had to go to the hospital...
Todd got a bacterial infection and Jane had Croup
that turned into an ear infection.
It's been a crazy week at our house.
Thankfully we are all getting better!

Shans!! I'm so happy to hear that everyone is getting better at your house. I'm so sorry about your appendix, and hate that it happened right at CHristmas!! At least you were home by Christmas eve...! So we leave for California tomorrow and we'll be back the 11th. I have until the 23rd to see you!! And I can't wait, so I hope we can finally get together. Love you lots xoxo

I have been wondering about you guys. What a horrible time! At least you will DEFINITELY remember this Christmas. Glad you are all starting to feel better.

That night in Bethlehem thing looks cool. Maybe we'll go with you guys next year if you want.

Sad we missed you. Pretty lame that we are in Utah and you are not.
Oh well, next time :)
