During the pre-show we got to see an Elephant up close
After they took the elephant backstage I took Kate off my shoulders
and she started crying. I thought I hurt her leg when I set her down but.....
oh no she was upset. "I SEE THE ELEPHANT!" she cried. sniff, sniff.

but she was still mad and wouldn't NOT look at the camera

shan, i love love love you but the circus is SO mean to their animals! they use electric shock waves to train them, don't feed them properly...think about that while you watch those poor things do tricks for you and kate.
Shannon,we love love love you too. I am so proud of you for supporting the circus. I heard those rumors about the mistreatment of animals is false and that the circus, especially Barnum and Bailey Circus treats their animals awesome. Those animals are so lucky to get to travel around and interact with humans, including all of the wonderful people such as you and Kate who will show your love for them. They can really feel the love. Beats living in a crap zoo!
That will be SO fun and Kate will LOVE it!
i love the circus. it makes me feel like a kid again. i love the pictures of the melt down, its so funny yet sad. and the picture of her not looking at the camera. but it looks like a ton of fun.
